Plants hydraulic frame Modular to puncture the soil (UGRM)

UGRM installations are simplified versions of installations for trenchless laying of large-diameter pipes under roads using the punching method. The units are completed at the manufacturing plant or at the site of work in the pit from one or several quick-assembled frame modules, on which, depending on the pipe diameter, punching length and soil category, two, three or four power hydraulic cylinders TsS200G1250SH are installed, equipped on bodies and rods with compensation ball bearings of increased diameters.

UGRM units, at the customer's option, can be supplied with pumping stations with electric, gasoline and diesel engines with a power of 7.5 to 30 kW with flows from 6 to 25 l / min (single-stage) and up to 32 l / min (two-stage) at a maximum pressure of up to 70MPa depending on the required travel speed. The use of pumping stations with flows of more than 10 l / min can significantly increase the productivity of work.
